the process for these cups is longer than epoxy, and the turn around time can be lengthier than epoxy. They're useable lightly 5-7 days from that final coat, and fully cured after 30 days. They cannot be soaked, are hand wash only, and all the regular care rules apply!
These can be done full glitter, half glitter, ombre, swirl, no glitter, and more.

The average shipping time is about 6 weeks for custom orders. This is an estimated time and can vary in either direction.
Items come with insurance and if they arrive damaged, or go missing you need to immediately file a claim with the shipping provider.
Returns
Due to the handmade and personalize nature of most items most returns will not be accepted. You can always reach out and we can discuss your circumstances.
If there is an error or flaw in the order we can arrange a return and I can remake/repair if the error is my fault.
Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of the order being placed. After the order has been started it cannot be canceled.

All tumblers are made with insulated double walled stainless steel unless otherwise noted. They have sliding lids to keep temperatures, and prevent spills.
