Shipping Policy

 

Turn around times average 6+ weeks. Items will ship out when they are completed, safe, and reflect quality work. 

Orders are worked and shipped in the order they were received. The only exception to this is to pay an expedited work fee. 

I do my best to communicate with my clients about the timeline, and if anything occurs that may prolong the order. This isn't always possible, I am frequently busy.

I use U.S.P.S. Priority shipping. It comes with insurance and tracking. A tracking number will be provided to you in your shipping notification email when it ships.

For any damages please file a claim with USPS for damages. This is what you pay the insurance for to protect you and myself. I do my best to package tumblers as safe as possible, but sometimes things happen, especially at holiday times.
