These cups have the battery glued into the bottom compartment so that the switch can be
accessed and the battery changed! The lights are under epoxy and won't come off! As with all of my drink ware these are hand wash only, and cannot be submerged or soaked! In addition to the straw there is also a sliding lid! They come in two different sizes, and the saying and glitter colors can be customized!

The average shipping time is about 6 weeks for custom orders. This is an estimated time and can vary in either direction.
Items come with insurance and if they arrive damaged, or go missing you need to immediately file a claim with the shipping provider.
Returns
Due to the handmade and personalize nature of most items most returns will not be accepted. You can always reach out and we can discuss your circumstances.
If there is an error or flaw in the order we can arrange a return and I can remake/repair if the error is my fault.
Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of the order being placed. After the order has been started it cannot be canceled.
