HP House Glitter Pens
Represent your Hogwarts house with these beautiful glitter pens. Choose between black ink, or any color of your choice*.
They are retractable gel ink pens that can be refilled. They're epoxied and unsafe to chew on.
*please note that the end of the pen will match the color of the ink that you choose. For example if you choose red ink the point of the pen will be red.

The average shipping time is about 6 weeks for custom orders. This is an estimated time and can vary in either direction.
Items come with insurance and if they arrive damaged, or go missing you need to immediately file a claim with the shipping provider.
Returns
Due to the handmade and personalize nature of most items most returns will not be accepted. You can always reach out and we can discuss your circumstances.
If there is an error or flaw in the order we can arrange a return and I can remake/repair if the error is my fault.
Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of the order being placed. After the order has been started it cannot be canceled.
