When you place an order with All In One Artistry you agree to our terms and conditions as listed below. 

Turn Around Times

My products are all handmade to order. This means that production of your product doesn't begin until after your order has been placed and payment received. 

My turn around time starts at a minimum of 6 weeks from the date of purchase, however that is the minimum and it could take longer than this.  It is your responsibility to check the turn around time before you order, and to continue to check in via email or social media for any changes.  It will be posted and updated on my site and social media if it suddenly becomes longer. This is an estimated turn around time, it could be sooner, and it could be later also. This time frame doesn't include weekends or major holidays.

This turn around time gives me the time I need to design your tumbler, also to search for and acquire any possible supplies that I need for your tumbler that I may not have. Things like glitter and ink colors, vinyl, paints, or other things that I need to create your tumbler. This gives me ample time to perfect your tumbler, complete all necessary steps to provide you with the best possible product, to allow for the epoxy to cure completely and prevent any harm to you or your tumbler in the shipping process. It gives me time for errors, to fix them properly should they occur, be it my error or equipment failure. It also allows for time to communicate with you about your order should I need to. 

All orders are worked in the order that they were placed. So keep in mind this will effect the turn around time of your order. 

Quality Control


Handmade means that there is the chance that there will be some small flaws, bubbles, or other small imperfections. I do my very best to prevent them, but it's not always possible. 

I use glitter in my art, and while I do offer non-glittered items, we all know glitter is like a disease and spreads everywhere. So it is possible that a few small flakes may infect your product. I do my absolute best to keep it in check! 

If your product comes to you damaged save all packaging and within 48 hours please reach out to USPS and myself. Please provide images of the damage, and I will determine from there what the next steps will be. 

 Custom Order Clarity

 

Absolutely NO changes can be made to your order after it is placed. Please be sure to check that your order is as detailed and correct as possible. Be clear in your instructions, otherwise your order up is to my creative interpretation. You will get what I design with your description. If things are too unclear I will reach out to you.

I don't check spelling, accuracy, or anything else before completing your order.

Be sure that your most up to date contact methods are present on your order form. 

Be sure that what you write in for your name or quote is formatted and spelled correctly. I will put EXACTLY what is on your order form on your order. 

Shipping Terms

If your address is going to change during the turn around time please provide the address you will be using at the end of the turn around time, or another safe delivery address. 

 

If your product arrives damaged, or doesn't show up at all it is YOUR responsibility to contact the shipping company and file a claim. Packages come with insurance for this reason. I do my absolute best to be sure that your products are packaged and labeled for safety, however I cannot control what happens once your package leaves my possession, and I cannot be held accountable for it. 

Shipping times are estimates only and subject to the mercy of the postal services. After they leave my possession I have no control over when they arrive! I can only tell you what they have told me as far as arrival dates.

 

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations.


All sales are FINAL.

The only exceptions to this will be in case of my error. Refunds will not be given for changing your mind, inaccurate description in your request, incorrect spelling on your order, or any other error on your part.

When your order is placed I begin gathering the supplies necessary to complete your order, and begin putting time into your order as well. If your order is customized for you or someone else it will be difficult to sell, and they cannot just be cleaned off and resold. 


Other Terms


I am a small one woman business. I am responsible for all " departments" of my business. I am also a mother who homeschools 5, and a wife, and most importantly a human! I get sick, I need days off, I make mistakes, things happen. While I am dedicated to my business, I am also dedicated to my family. This is why turnaround times are so long. 


I am very open and always willing to provide updates, answer questions, and absolutely don't mind messages checking in whenever you need to! I may not always be able to answer immediately, but I will answer. Negative, impatient, rude, or otherwise offensive messages, emails, and comments will not be tolerated, and absolutely will not get your product to you any faster. 


It is your responsibility to read through all of this, and all descriptions before completing your purchase. refunds won't be given for too long wait times.

The prices quoted come with the design pictured, and up to two 3” decals. It covers the cost of the tumbler, any and all supplies that I may use or may have to order, as well as my time and creativity. Anything additional will be an extra charge. These prices are non negotiable.
